Products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical item.

Pricing & Payment. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Orders & Cancellations. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@soleilarc.com if you need to make changes.

Shipping. We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Items damaged through misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.

Limitation of Liability. Soleil Arc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
