Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Orders may be cancelled or modified before processing. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or returned without authorization are not eligible for return.
