Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days after shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled before they have been processed.

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we are unable to guarantee cancellation or modifications.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
