Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Authorization Required

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if applicable

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Store credit

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified before they have been processed.

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we are unable to guarantee cancellation or modifications.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Clearance or final-sale items (where applicable)
