Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship within the United States. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
